Speaker's Bio:

Born and raised in Jamaica, Tashauna moved to Canada in 2021 to pursue her education and her dream of becoming a Neuroscientist. Despite initially struggling in high school, where she graduated in 2016 with a 1.8 GPA, Tashauna turned her academic life around, becoming a 4.0 science student in university. Her personal journey of overcoming academic challenges fuels her passion for helping others achieve academic success.

This passion led her to create College Life Academyin 2020, a highly successful social media platform with over 260,000 followers on TikTok. Through this platform, Tashauna provides students with essential tools and practical advice to improve their study habits, time management, and organization skills, empowering them to take control of their education.

College Life Academy is unique in its approach—Tashauna has built this influential community entirely while remaining faceless, proving that impactful content speaks for itself. The platform offers tutorials on the best learning resources, apps, and techniques, helping students enhance their academic experience.

Tashauna's innovative work has caught the attention of major companies, leading to partnerships with brands like Microsoft Windows and Best Buy Canada, with whom she continues to collaborate. With a focus on expanding its reach and continuing to make a lasting impact on students worldwide, College Life Academy is set to redefine how students approach education, offering not just resources, but a community committed to student success.

Inspired by her faceless social media success, Tashauna has discovered a new passion for teaching others how to grow their business and social media platforms anonymously. In June 2024, she led a workshop on faceless social media marketing at Social Media Day in Halifax. She has also shared her expertise through virtual sessions hosted by the Arthur L. Irving Entrepreneurship Centre.

As both an academic success story and a digital entrepreneur, Tashauna continues to inspire and empower students and business owners alike, reshaping the way people approach both learning and social media
