Post-graduation, in 2021, Canberk founded Haligone and started bootstrapping a local delivery service in Halifax, without external investments. In 24 months, the company expanded from 5 to over 50 merchants, processing 10,000 orders annually with positive cash flow. To date, Haligone has strategically grown to a sustainable tech company, offering eco-friendly fulfillment software to retailers all over Halifax, including Decathlon, Java Blend, Freak Lunchbox, Saint Mary’s Bookstore and more!
