What is the Ignition Program:
The Ignition Program offers post-secondary students a 10-week program that gives access to training, mentorship, resources, ecosystem connections; and honorariums to support personal and business development. Students will be awarded $10 for each session they engage with!

Customer Experience is the result of every interaction you have with your customers. It’s how your customers feel about you. It’s what keeps them coming back, and when they can refer you to others, they do. As a business, delivering an exceptional customer experience matters.
In this workshop, we will explore why it matters and practical ways to deliver an exceptional customer experience that makes you and your business stand out.
Speaker's Bio:
Nicole Osmond has dedicated her 25-year career working in the field of people's empowerment, and entrepreneurship has been her focus. She has had the pleasure of supporting a 1000+ entrepreneurs across Atlantic Canada through her work at Nova Scotia Community College, Rise, Futurpreneur Canada, the Centre for Entrepreneurship Education and Development, YMCA, and CBDC. This combined with her own entrepreneurial experience starting three businesses and an innate curiosity, solution focused mindset, and genuine interest in people led her to starting A Better Way Consulting where she helps people to raise the bar in Customer Experience to be the first choice, repeat choice, and referral choice for their customers.
