Inclusion Initiative

The TD Entrepreneurship Inclusion Initiative launched in January 2023, amplifies our support of diverse student entrepreneurs, advancing the entrepreneurial mindset, innovating business models, and testing new solutions to market needs. This two-year pilot supports hundreds of diverse students through three key initiatives, the Ignition Program, an entrepreneurship training program, the Student Entrepreneurial Experience Bootcamp, a summer accelerator to put what they learned in the Ignition program into action and Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) events that promote the collaboration and celebration within and beyond our diverse entrepreneurial network.
The program will leverage the expertise and passion of the Arthur L. Irving Entrepreneurship Centre, along with its significant base of ecosystem partners, to create a holistic support environment for diverse entrepreneurs
