What is the Ignition Program:
The Ignition Program offers post-secondary students a 10-week program that gives access to training, mentorship, resources, ecosystem connections; and honorariums to support personal and business development. Students will be awarded $10 for each session they engage with!

Uncovering the Feminine Genius in Entrepreneurship is a research-backed, story-driven workshop exploring the unique strengths women bring to entrepreneurship—why women-led ventures often outperform, how they innovate differently and the challenges they face. Through Irene’s unconventional founder journey, students will gain insight into embracing non-linear paths, leading with authenticity and identifying their own “feminine genius”—regardless of gender. This session blends real-world data with personal storytelling to inspire and equip students with a fresh lens on entrepreneurship—one rooted in empathy, creativity and purpose. Speaker's Bio:
Irene Saliendra is an entrepreneur and technology consultant passionate about helping businesses grow through digital tools and smart strategies.
