What is the Ignition Program:
The Ignition Program offers post-secondary students a 10-week program that gives access to training, mentorship, resources, ecosystem connections; and honorariums to support personal and business development. Students will be awarded $10 for each session they engage with!
What’s in this session:
Leadership doesn't begin with managing a team or running a business. It begins with how you lead yourself.
In this interactive session, we'll explore what authentic leadership really looks like in today's world and why self-awareness, values, emotional intelligence, and courage are some of the most important skills we can develop. I'll share practical tools and personal experiences that have shaped my own leadership journey, along with lessons I've learned building and leading businesses over the past two decades.
Students will leave with a deeper understanding of their own leadership style, practical strategies for leading with greater confidence and authenticity, and a framework they can apply whether they're building a business, leading a team, or simply navigating the next stage of their journey.
