What is the Ignition Program:
The Ignition Program offers post-secondary students a 10-week program that gives access to training, mentorship, resources, ecosystem connections; and honorariums to support personal and business development. Students will be awarded $10 for each session they engage with!
What’s in this session:
In a world increasingly impacted by AI and technology, the ability to build genuine human relationships is becoming more and more valuable. This session will explore how trust, genuine curiosity, empathy, and consistent follow-through can help students build meaningful networks, create strong partnerships, and stand out as they enter the workforce.
Drawing on a customer-success foundation, the session will challenge students to think beyond transactions and numbers. Whether they're speaking with a potential customer, mentor, employer, or investor, every relationship is built between people. Students will learn how to understand what others need, create value, communicate with intention, and nurture relationships over time.
The session will be practical and interactive, giving students simple tools they can use to start conversations, deepen connections, and turn introductions into long-term professional relationships.
