Experience Ventures Holiday Challenge – Launch: Clarivue

For this Challenge, students will support Clarivue, an early-stage technology venture reshaping how job readiness is measured and developed.

About Clarivue

Clarivue is a Job Readiness Operating System (OS) designed for youth centers, career programs, and training institutions. It acts as an intelligence layer that connects learning to employability by helping learners:

• Practice interviews in real time
• Receive instant, AI-powered feedback
• Understand how employers evaluate their skills
• Educators, career advisors, and mentors use Clarivue to identify skill gaps, track progress, and gain insight into the journey between the classroom and the job offer.

Their mission is to turn interview performance into actionable insight—supporting better placements, stronger employer trust, and measurable program

How it works:

You’ll pick a team, guided by mentors, and tasked with developing a meaningful, research-backed solution. You’ll work up to 40 hours total—flexibly and part-time—culminating in a final presentation to the organization.

This experience is open to domestic undergraduate students only across Atlantic Canada and will be taking place fully virtual via Zoom, and students are encouraged to register now to secure a space as we have limited spots available.
