About Makers and Movers Training Series:

The Makers and Movers Training Series is an exclusive opportunity for SMU students to delve into the worlds of entrepreneurship, arts, and innovation through practical, hands-on workshops. Led by skilled student leaders, this series is designed to share valuable knowledge, skills, and real-world insights. 

Participants from all academic streams will explore a variety of interactive sessions on topics such as launching creative ventures, developing artistic skills, and honing entrepreneurial mindsets. With a special emphasis on storytelling and creative expression, workshops will introduce key elements of film and effective communication, enabling students to express ideas uniquely and powerfully. 

Whether you’re aiming to become an entrepreneur, artist, engineer, or simply seeking to expand your skills, the Makers and Movers Training Series offers a supportive environment for learning, growth, and connection. Join us to engage with like-minded SMU students, gain insights from industry experts, and be part of a community committed to making a meaningful impact. 

Program Details:

The Makers and Movers Training Series runs from January to April, with sessions held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-5 p.m. Apply now to secure your spot and qualify for the $250 completion stipend!
