What is the Ignition Program:
The Ignition Program offers post-secondary students a 10-week program that gives access to training, mentorship, resources, ecosystem connections; and honorariums to support personal and business development. Students will be awarded $10 for each session they engage with!
What’s in this session:
This session is about reframing fear as a necessary and powerful catalyst for growth rather than something to avoid, exploring how fear often signals opportunity.
Students will walk away with practical tools to help them identify limiting beliefs, build clarity around their personal vision and take aligned action even when fear is present. The session will include reflective exercises, journaling prompts and actionable frameworks students can apply to their academic, personal and entrepreneurial journeys.
Students should attend this session if they feel stuck, uncertain, or held back by fear, self-doubt, or the pressure to “have it all figured out.” This workshop aims to empower them to take ownership of their growth, trust themselves and move forward with intention and confidence.
