Business of the month: New Leaf Global Services Inc.

New Leaf Global Services Inc. is a woman-owned consulting and social impact business based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, operating at the intersection of strategy, systems, creativity, and community care. New Leaf Global Services Inc. is the parent company of two brands: New Leaf Fractional COO Services and The BraveArt Project.

Through New Leaf Fractional COO Services, the company partners with purpose-driven businesses, nonprofits, and founders to strengthen their operations and leadership capacity. Acting as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO), New Leaf supports organizations with strategic planning, workflow and systems design, process improvement, implementation support, and change management. The goal is to help organizations move from complexity and overwhelm to clarity, structure, and sustainable growth—bridging the gap between big ideas and real-world execution.
