What is the Ignition Program:
The Ignition Program offers post-secondary students a 10-week program that gives access to training, mentorship, resources, ecosystem connections; and honorariums to support personal and business development. Students will be awarded $10 for each session they engage with!
What’s in this session:
Understand your natural communication style, learn to read others and practice simple techniques to adapt for clearer, more effective conversations. In this interactive 60‑minute workshop you’ll discover your default style, either try quick role‑plays to practice adapting or analyze those who do, and leave with practical tips to improve teamwork, networking and pitching your ideas.
Speaker's Bio:
Developer, manager, and entrepreneur with ~30 years of experience across startups and corporate roles. Ark has built and led teams in multiple countries and focuses on clear, practical communication that helps founders and teams move faster.
