Do you have a business idea but you just don’t quite know what to do with it?Learn techniques on how to develop projects using agile methodologies from Professional In Residence Shubrah Singh MTEI’23!
Student Outcomes:
- Agile Principles Comprehension: Participants will understand the fundamental principles and values of Agile methodologies and their distinctions from traditional project management practices.
- Scrum Framework Knowledge: Participants will become acquainted with the Scrum framework, encompassing roles, events, and artifacts, and their contributions to iterative development.
- Product Backlog Management: Participants will acquire skills in generating and prioritizing user stories and effectively maintaining a product backlog.
- Sprint Execution: Participants will grasp the sprint planning process, including estimation methods, and acquire hands-on experience in executing sprints through a simulation exercise.
- Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Participants will recognize the significance of obtaining feedback from stakeholders and conducting retrospectives for ongoing enhancement of the product and development process.
