RBC Talent Hub Job Opportunities

The RBC Talent Hub program was created to provide new and exciting experiential and entrepreneurial programming at Saint Mary’s University. Through co-operative education and internship placements, training, Entrepreneurial Mindset Success Certificate, and experts, the RBC Talent Hub program is an answer to our students’ requests for additional hands-on learning opportunities. 

Current co-operative education and internship opportunities include:

  • Running your own business 
  • Working as a junior consultant within the the Arthur L. Irving Entrepreneurship Centre
  • Working in a variety of positions at start-ups within Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) 

 

 

Run Your Own Business

Do you own a business? Are you looking for support to help move your company forward? Apply to be a RBC Talent Hub Student Entrepreneur! You will be working on your own business operations, develop entrepreneurial skills, receive on-going coaching and access to resources and office space. 

Criteria

  • Enrolled in Saint Mary’s Co-operative Education Program 
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada 
  • Must be between 18-29 years old 
  •  

Work at a Start-Up!

This program stream is a great way to gain entrepreneurial skills and have direct experience in a company’s everyday operations by working at a start-up in the HRM through a co-operative education placement. 

Qualifications:

  • Current Saint Mary’s undergraduate student 
  • Enrolled in Saint Mary’s co-operative education program 
  • Able to work within the HRM 
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada 
  • Age: 18–29 years old
