WEC - Opening Panel

The Women’s Empowerment Conference was created to provide post-secondary students from across Canada the opportunity to increase their etiquette ‘toolbox’, awareness, and call for actionable follow through when experiencing or witnessing inequalities and lack of empowerment that target female-identifying individuals in the workplace.

The conference will kick off with a panel discussion with 3 guest speakers who will then be facilitating their own workshops and roundtable discussion over the coming days. Each workshop is open to all students and will be focused on equipping you with tools to approach the chosen theme
