Aditi Kompella

In her time with the Arthur L. Irving Entrepreneurship Centre, MTEI’23 graduate, Aditi has worked exclusively in the Business Design team, where the team focuses on providing support to young businesses through consulting, collaborative events and student support. Also developed the Open innovation incentive where our main aim is to leverage the talent of university students and apply it to companies and entrepreneurs who are leading innovative ventures disrupting their industries. Outside of work, Aditi likes to try out different creative projects and paint when she can. Aditi would also love to own a winery and make and sell wine.
