Breanna MacRury BComm’22
Administrative & Marketing Assistant – Office & Retail Team, CBRE Limited

I currently hold the position of Administrative and Marketing Assistant at CBRE Halifax. My current role involves graphic design, marketing listings, creating information packages, drafting agreements, creating site selection documents, and client services. I am currently working towards obtaining my real estate license to further my knowledge and career.

I am a young professional who graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University with a double major in marketing and management. During my time at Saint Mary’s University, I was awarded Dean’s List, as well as the Thomas Whitty Memorial Award.

I will be serving on the CREW Nova Scotia board as the new President-Elect for 2024. For the last year, I have been an active member of CREW Nova Scotia, fully engaged with the local Chapter and volunteering my time on the events planning committee.

Jenna Williams BComm’22

Underwriting Analyst – Debt & Structured Finance, CBRE Capital (Canada) Inc.

As an Underwriting Analyst within CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Team, I am responsible for assisting the origination team in all aspects of the mortgage underwriting process from loan origination through to funding/completion and post funding. While my role with the debt & structured finance team is mainly finance, I have many opportunities that are client facing.

I started at CBRE in September 2023. I completed my Bachelor of Commerce at SMU in May 2022 with a major in marketing.

I recently joined The Housing Trust of Nova Scotia which is an organization dedicated to providing more affordable housing in the province.

In my free time I enjoy travelling, running, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and getting outside. I am often found grabbing a coffee and walking the waterfront or point pleasant.
