Jeffrey Johnston a.k.a LAGTVMaximusblack
Jeffrey Johnston better known as “MaximusBlack” was one of Twitch’s first partners back in 2011. MaximusBlack has played on three professional Esports teams and clocked in over 15,000 hours of Twitch streaming where he wrote about in his best selling book “The Grind”. Today he’s still a full-time gamer, consultant and real estate investor.
Sehmat Suri (@semiwiththegoodhair)
Sehmat Suri is a model and blogger who started growing her Instagram presence in 2017. While it started as a simple past time to document her life in Halifax, it grew into a platform where she now talks about fashion, lifestyle, self love, and growing your personal brand. She graduated from Saint Mary’s University in 2019 and currently works in Project Management at IBM.
Sean McMullen (@SeanMcMullen)
Sean works full time for ViewPoint.ca, a popular real estate website founded in Bedford. He wants to show off Nova Scotia’s beauty with different perspectives and is always searching for that angle no one has. He loves his province and wants to see its creative community grow. To help achieve that goal, he’s also part of the Images of Canada team across the country. In the last two years, he co-founded the Halifax Social Network, a monthly meetup of Haligonians to talk about what’s going on in their lives, from both a creative standpoint and personal one.
This is a free event open to the public with pizza and drinks provided.
